1.returns policy
At Tylluan Fach Ltd (t/a Jones Trust your Gut), we take every possible precaution to protect the integrity of products we sell. It is our policy to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in faultless condition, so we do not exchange food, beverage or any other item that has come into contact with the person. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
In the unlikely event of damage or loss in transit, we will replace the damaged contents free of charge assuming:
1) We are informed at once, then being confirmed in writing (or email) within 3 days of delivery quoting the reference number on the parcel;
2) Damaged goods to be retained for inspection, potentially being required to be returned to Tylluan Fach at our expense, prior to replacement or refund;
3) All claims to be submitted within a reasonable time; courier guidelines being no more than 14 days after delivery;
4) The sender must include a full name, address and telephone number on returned goods;
5) We cannot accept responsibility for wrong orders or failure to deliver, resulting from incorrect information or addresses being provided.
2.competition T&CS
The promoter is: Tylluan Fach Ltd (company no. 12310972 whose registered office is at Pencarreg, Usk, Monmouthshire, NP15 1NN.
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Tylluan Fach Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Winners will be chosen by ordering the successful entrants alphabetically and selecting a random number through https://www.random.org/integers/
The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Twitter/Facebook and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be delivered.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

3.Delivery charges
There is a standard delivery charge of £2.95 for UK deliveries; excepting.
Delivery charge for UK deliveries, is free for orders of 6 items or more.
4.Environmental Policy
At Jones Trust Your Gut we want to leave the world to our children in a better state than we found it. This policy sets out our contribution with the following targets:
ZERO CARBON - We will target zero carbon contributions from Jones Trust Your Gut activities, from field to customer.
ZERO TO LANDFILL. Our products are plastic free and our packaging is fully compostable or recyclable. We aim to send 0% production waste to landfill.
LOCALLY SOURCED – we are farmers from Wales. We are proud to support British farming, sourcing seasonally available products from the UK where possible
NATURAL PRODUCTS - We use no artificial ingredients, preservatives or colours. Ever.
BIODIVERSITY – Across our land, including our ancient apple orchards, we will ensure that we create space for whole eco-systems to flourish.
5.Food policy
We want to help people improve their lives by eating better food.
Many of us have poor diets that curtail the quality of life. Through better diet, we improve our chances of a healthy life and avoiding a range of critical diseases including heart disease, cancer, diabetes and alzheimers.
We started the business because we wanted to help people. These are the things we will strive to do:
THE IMPORTANCE OF GUT HEALTH. We want to share what we know about the importance of great gut health. This starts from the point that we feel better when we give our gut some love
NATURE HAS THE ANSWERS. We love science at Jones Trust Your Gut. Some of us spend an unhealthy amount of time trying to understanding quantum field theory. But when it comes to food, we believe that nature rather than laboratories have the answers. The best way to manage chronic illnesses is to improve diets early rather than medicate later. We believe the easiest and best way is to focus on getting a wide range of wholefoods (we target 30 per week) rich in natural fibre, vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants
HANDCRAFTED FOR THE BEST FLAVOUR. Eating is one of life’s pleasures. Eating the good stuff should be enjoyable
RAW, LIVE AND UNPASTEURISED. We never pasteurize our food, so we leave in friendly microbes from fermentation
NO BULLSHIT. We will clearly label our products and not oversell health claims. You will never see us claim that Apple Cider Vinegar is probiotic or can change your blood pH
We will remain alert to emerging or new evidence and work with nutritionists, food industry experts and fellow food companies to improve our knowledge and products.
