Collagen Breakfast Smoothie
Hereβs a fantastic way to start the day, packing in the vitamins and minerals as well as getting your daily dose of collagen.
We believe taking collagen daily produces anti aging effects and is a functional building block for your body which supports great gut health.
Collagen is tasteless and adds a pleasant creaminess to your drink. It happily dissolves in a hot drink and itβs also great in a smoothie.
Ingredients:
10G or a big spoon of Jones collagen
1 small banana (on the greener side) great for prebiotics
A small handful of berries (blueberries, raspberries, Straws) no rules here frozen or fresh
Β½ a small Avocado
1 x kiwi
1 x teaspoon of palm oil free peanut butter (we love pip and nut)
Topped up with almond or oat milk
Method:
Put the fruit, nut butter and collagen in your blender and top up with your milk of choice.
If it's very thick you can add a splash of water to thin down.
Then enjoy.
