Ingredients for pancakes
300g plain flour
1½ tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground turmeric
4 eggs
Salt
600ml whole milk
About 70g unsalted butter (or ghee)
Ingredients for humus
Chickpeas or butter beans one tin
A good pinch of salt
Lemon juice, chilli fakes, cumin
Olive oil to reach the desired consistency
Whiz together
Slice up an avocado and build up the dish topping with Jones smoked sauerkraut and a sprinkle of totasted pumpkin seeds
