Rarebit with Welsh Kimchi
The nights are drawing in, so why not try a Jones twist on a Welsh stable… Rarebit. Trust us, Kimchi and Rarebit is a winner.
Ingredients (serves 6)
350g mature cheddar (grated)
1 large egg beaten
2 tbsp beer or stout
1 tsp worcester sauce
1 tsp english mustard
12 slices of your favourite bread
One jar of Jones Welsh Kimchi
Method
Set aside 50g cheese to sprinkle on before you grill
Mix together all the other ingredients
Toast the bread on both sides
Spread the mixture onto the toasted bread and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
Grill until golden brown
Serve up with a generous helping of Jones Welsh Kimchi
